Cancellation Policy & Deposit Required on all New Parties:
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $10 per lane is required to confirm your date for reservations over 10 lanes. There is no deposit for the first 10 lanes (50 people). Cash, check or major credit card accepted for initial deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, notice must be given in writing. If your function cancels 30 days prior to your scheduled date, you will receive a full refund. A partial refund will be given if you need to cancel 10 days prior. The partial refund will be based on the number of lanes that have been reserved/booked. The amount will be determined by the end of the 3rd business day before the scheduled event.
