How Fundraisers Work Here at The Palace:

* The above prices are the cost that is paid to the Palace.  The group is asked to sell tickets at an increased rate at which you will keep the difference in price. 

Example:  Package #1 ($8) - tickets are typically sold for $10-$12 raising $2-$4 per ticket.

* Tickets may be printed:  $5 for every 50 tickets.  After the date/time is booked, email Domino at Dom@palacebowling.com with details for event.  Please include any specifics that you would like included, such as, logos or tag lines.

*  You are required to give a headcount three days prior to the fundraiser.  You will be charged for any additional bowlers over 10 people that do not show the day of the event.

* Tax ID # is REQUIRED.

*** Minimum of 50 people. *** $10 deposit per lane after the first 10 lanes reserved.
*** DJ Services are also available for an additional fee.  Call for more details or email Domino at dom@palacebowling.com

*** No outside food or beverage (other than desserts).

Cancellation Policy & Deposit Required on all New Parties: 

DEPOSIT:  A deposit of $10 per lane is required to confirm your date for reservations over 10 lanes.  There is no deposit for the first 10 lanes (50 people).  Cash, check or major credit card accepted for initial deposit.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:  In case of cancellation, notice must be given in writing.  If your function cancels 30 days prior to your scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.  A partial refund will be given if you need to cancel 10 days prior.  The partial refund will be based on the number of lanes that have been reserved/booked.  The amount will be determined by the end of the 3rd business day before the scheduled event.
